Before Your Visit
We will make every effort to have all necessary forms filled out electronically beforehand so that your time here in our office is simplified and efficient. We are a paperless office, so all patient registration forms will be emailed to you so that you can complete them in advance. Once the forms are electronically submitted, one our Flossophie team members will then check your insurance eligibility and get a detailed breakdown BEFORE you arrive. It allows us to give you an accurate copay estimate and answer any questions you may have, all in the comfort of your own home.
Benefits & Payment
Prior to any treatment, our team will perform a complimentary benefits evaluation to let you know what your insurance covers. Dental insurance is much different than medical insurance and sometimes can be a little tricky to navigate, but our Team will be sure to carefully review the details with you so we can avoid any surprises along the way. We also provide a variety of convenient payment options that fit within your family budget.
When You Arrive
You will be welcomed & assisted by one of our friendly team members and begin any necessary radiographs. Our team will then carefully evaluate your oral health and thoughtfully provide a comprehensive exam and treatment plan that integrates overall oral health and wellness. Along the way, we may share some laughs and stories and turn what typically is an uneasy situation to one that makes you feel glad that you came and maybe, quite possibly, be the best part of your day.
